APPLICATION OF SU JOK THERAPY FOR TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASE

In this article, the authors analyse the results of examination and treatment of 57 patients with stable angina on exertion, functional class II and III. The control group underwent only treatment with prolonged nitrates, the basic group had Su Jok treatment as well. Based on the dynamics of clinical manifestations, HM ECG data, endothelium dysfunction indices, morphofunctional properties of thrombocytes and endopioid content in the blood plasma, a number of conclusions have been reached that testify to the high effectiveness of Su Jok therapy:

• use of Su Jok therapy allows to enhance the effectiveness of the nitrate therapy, to decrease the occurrence of ischaemic episodes, to improve the constractile function of the left ventricle;
• Su Jok therapy ensures a pathogenetically justified therapeutic effect accompanied by stabilisation of the function of the endothelium and thrombocyte haemostasis;
• employment of Su Jok therapy contributes to correction of the function of endopioids that have an integrative function in the body, normalises general adaptive reactions of the body;
• Su Jok therapy can be effective in cases of tolerance to prolonged nitrates.
