SU JOK ACUPUNCTURE FOR IMPAIRED MENSTRUAL FUNCTION IN TEENAGERS

The authors examined and treated 44 patients with juvenile uterine bleeding, hypomenstrual syndrome, amenorrhea and algodismenorrhea.
In 90-95% of patients Su Jok therapy resulted in restoration of regular menstrual function; uterine bleeding stopped and pains in the lower abdomen did not appear during menstruation. Instrumental methods demonstrated improvement of the function of the ovaries, disappearance of cysts, growth of the endometrium in amenorrhea and appearance of ovular cycles. This allowed to conclude that Su Jok therapy is a method of choice for treating these pathologies.
